Le Rétro — Casse-croûte

There was hair in my burger,the owner argued and did not want to give me my money back since he found that it was quite “normal” there is no hygiene at all,no hand washing after touching money and no gloves when handling the food,i do not recommend,the cook needs to realise this isnt the middle east and he need a minimum of hygiene.
A complaint has been submitted to the government of Quebec,(i highly recommend you to do so)

August 8 2:30 pm.... The employee saw me go in.. instead of coming in to serve me, he stayed outside and continued talking with someone else.
Waited 10 minutes and he was still outside talking. I looked around and there were nobody else

$5 pour une miniscule tranche de pizza. Arnaque totale. Je reviens plus ici.

$5 for a tiny slice of pizza is absolutely wild !! I thought I was being scammed. Never coming back.

Went 2 days ago Sunday. Food was okay not great for the price. This was our first time at this restaurant/fast food location, service was bad. We waited at the front counter for a few minutes with a worker just walking around us not asking if we wanted to order... Took another worker come back from being busy to notice us an told the first worker to ask for our order. Not impressed especially being a new customer. An food was not the best. Poutine was good portion but not alot of flavor. Hot dog was okay but not worth $5 plus hst.
Biggest thing for me though was the service. Because of this will likely not return.

I had a Retro burger with fries, the fries tasted too bad and they look like fried in an old oil, I wasn’t able to eat them, the burger was ok, the house sauce is a bit spicy for me, I don’t recommend the place. I was going to have a poutine, I am glad I didn’t cause with these fries 😞

It was kinda weird, walked in and almost like we was invisible until we waved like 3 times until someone came to attend to us, the burger was alright was surprised when I saw the burger

Food was disgusting, could not understand the staff and way over priced for quality.

NO WASHROOMS! This place serves food indoors and by law MUST provide a washroom for their clients!

DON’T waste your time or money! Better places to eat just a few feet away!

Had a big poutine , price is reasonable but poutine wasn’t good , im sad because the last time i had it 3-4 months ago it was really good , now the fries were undercooked and sauce diluted laking in taste , also could of use more cheese

The owner is a great guy, the vibes there are exactly what you want out of a retro restaurant, and the food is really good. Glad we have this place in our neighbourhood!
