Everything was good until the end. the server in blonde told us at the end that she's disappointed that we didn't tip her despite one of us giving her 5$ extra. She complains about her hourly rate which seems to be not of our problem. Would have been a great experience if she did not ruin it at the end.

Unfortunately, the service was very poor and rude from the young, black-haired waitress. The food was good, but I wouldn't eat there again due to the poor service – and the drink prices are also outrageous!

A center of excellence for hamburgers. Anybody living within 100km of downtown Ottawa needs to go have a GOAT burger there. An argument could be made that they have the best French fries in the region also (but their burgers are world class and why you would go there:-).

The cappuccino is one of the best that I have ever drank.
The onion soup has the rich beef broth flavor and the sweetness of onion. However, it is a little bit salty for me.
The french fries with meat sauce and cheese is satisfactory, but the temperature of this dish is not enough for me.

I’ve been before, and it is still a great restaurant, although we were the only customers on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. Food, beverages and servers were all excellent.
I am annoyed that they have not implemented Bill 72 yet. They are still applying the tip on top of the taxes. This will keep tourists away.
