My current rating is solely based on the weekdays hours of operations because I find them very inconvenient. They open too late to stop by on my way to work and close to early to stop by on my way home. I will update my review when I finally get a chance to stop by on a weekend. In the meantime, I'll continue to visit their competitors who have more convenient hours of operations.

Leurs pains au levain sont délicieux de même pour les brioches et les croissants. Je le recommande sans hésiter.

For a French expatriate here in Gatineau, I found this bakery and their pastries of very good quality, limit.... I brought the artisanal French bakery back in my luggage!!!! And very affordable prices!

The chocolatines, the raisin bread and the fact that everything is with organic and sourdough flour shows that this bakery offers us a quality of bread superior to what is offered in Gatineau. Thank you for your excellent service and products!!

We were in Gatineau and during the three days, every morning we had breakfast in this small bakery. You have to arrive early, especially the fds, they open at 8 a.m., but at 8 a.m. there were already 20 outside, you have to arrive at least 10 minutes before opening, fortunately they have benches and chairs outside to wait seated. The croissants are just 3 dollars, the chocolatine 3.25 and they are big, one was enough for the kids. The bread is equally excellent and there is coffee, several other pastries and lunches. One of the best bakeries I've visited in Quebec in my life, I think that's what I'll miss most about my stay.

Delicious pastries and coffee. They can run out of plain croissants so go early for those. They also have a great natural wine bottle shop with a lot of quebec wines.

There is a queue from the opening, every day!
You have to go early, otherwise all the bread will be sold!
