For a French expatriate here in Gatineau, I found this bakery and their pastries of very good quality, limit.... I brought the artisanal French bakery back in my luggage!!!! And very affordable prices!
The chocolatines, the raisin bread and the fact that everything is with organic and sourdough flour shows that this bakery offers us a quality of bread superior to what is offered in Gatineau. Thank you for your excellent service and products!!
We were in Gatineau and during the three days, every morning we had breakfast in this small bakery. You have to arrive early, especially the fds, they open at 8 a.m., but at 8 a.m. there were already 20 outside, you have to arrive at least 10 minutes before opening, fortunately they have benches and chairs outside to wait seated.
