The pastries and bread are top notch at this place and it truly deserves a 5/5....but I just don't understand what's the point of being open until 4pm if all the product runs out at 10am. I find myself not going half the time because it's a roll of the dice if I'll actually ever be able to buy anything
For a French expatriate here in Gatineau, I found this bakery and their pastries of very good quality, limit.... I brought the artisanal French bakery back in my luggage!!!! And very affordable prices!
The chocolatines, the raisin bread and the fact that everything is with organic and sourdough flour shows that this bakery offers us a quality of bread superior to what is offered in Gatineau. Thank you for your excellent service and products!!
