I had the misfortune of visiting this restaurant at 3:30 am and it was a total disaster from start to finish. Here is a summary of the atrocious service I received: - When I tried to place my order, the staff ignored me and refused to take it. - I waited patiently for 30 minutes, hoping someone would take care of me. - When I approached the window to ask the status of my order, the staff hid from me! - Finally, after wasting 30 minutes of my time, a rude employee appeared to inform me that the restaurant was closed. - To add insult to injury, this employee treated me with complete contempt.
To the management team, I urge you to review the surveillance footage to see the atrocious behavior of your staff. This type of service is unacceptable and will undoubtedly drive customers away.
Unless drastic improvements are made, I would strongly advise others to avoid this restaurant.

From a miss your customer service is terrible. Take care of customers instead of chatting
And two, if you had done your job as manager and checked the orders before they left, we wouldn't be here.
