It was 2256 on a Tuesday night 16 Dec 2025, in the drive-thru we are about 3 cars in my lane and more in the other one. The person in front of me got their order taken, same for the other side. Then they stopped. For over 7 min no one took our order. I waited patiently. People behind me drove back to get out of the drive-thru and left. People were mad. I was too. At 2306 still the first one to order, I just drove off without ordering since no one was taking my order. This is unacceptable. I had been in Europe to the worst McDonald ever but this is close to it.

I went and placed my order using the touchscreen kiosk, as there were no paper. We waited for an additional 15 minutes. When I got home, I realized they got the order wrong. Terrible service—I do not recommend it.

I feel like McDonald's lost a bit of point in the last few years , it really did became a cold place without any human interaction and food made in seconds , I went there for a kids party in the play area , would not necessarily propose this place
This McDonald’s is one of the nicer spots I regularly visit when I’m craving a classic Big Mac. Conveniently located just off the highway, it’s easy to access whether you’re on a road trip or heading home after a long day. The staff here are consistently friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Service is quick, the space is clean, and the food always hits the mark. It’s a reliable stop that combines comfort food with great hospitality.

I ordered food here and I didn’t get what I ordered. I got less food than what I ordered. They made it very difficult to get any customer service help. Dont go here. The staff is incompetent, it’s not the first time it happens. It’s also really dirty. Surprised they stay open when their restaurant is that filthy. Heath Canada needs to have a thorough look.
The include image is of the food that was actually correct. But clearly they need to learn how to build a burger. Imagine working at a burger shop and not being able to build a burger that looks decent.

Service can greatly improve but the breakfast consistently meets standard McDonald's quality. Haven't had any issues food wise. Service can be really, really, slow for seemingly no reason. I've saw them go 20 whole minutes without handing out a single order once. The older smoker lady was usually the best at attending to customers.
