Order 3 burgers(my double)... Makes you park for almost 10 minutes so their timer isn't affected...Not a soul behind me in the drive thru....I mean it's to be expected ... It's McDonald's at least they got the order right and the ice cream machine was working!!!!!!

One of the best McDonald's that I have tested in around ten countries. The room is clean, the employees are friendly and competent. Always fresh when I eat there. A team like this, you have to KEEP it McDo ;)

First of all there was no cadhier and I had to order by machine, 20 minutes later I asked about my order and it turned up that they forgot it. The employees were chatting with each other forgetting that there are clients at the line. Finnaly the coca diet I ordered was not cold at all maybe they thaught i ordered for a tead or a moca.

McDonald's very well located, functional. A plus for the 2nd floor which is always very quiet. The service is great, the ladies at the drive-thru in the morning are extraordinary!

They never have ice cream, something is happening in the management of this branch that they are not paying attention to.

okay, food quality: it’s mcdonald’s. it’s always the same no matter where you go. Service ? Not unless you’re a fluid francophone. Je peux essayer quand c’est plus facile pour tout la monde. Regardless I don’t even think the staff would necessarily be “polite” even if you are french. Atmosphere… I’ve sat in here twice and they have lots of windows and an upstairs which makes it nice.

Drive through took 40 mins while it was empty. Missed half the order. Food was cold despite it taking forever. Drive thru guy made weird noises through the mic, Tried to ask me to drive into a curb after. No redeeming qualities.

Certainly one of the largest McDonald's in the area, very well located and fairly well frequented. Large parking lot! As for the quality of service and cuisine, I will comment later! In the meantime I was passing by.

I have been to this location 3-4 times. The other times I had a bad experience but I let it go but when it becomes too much, it's just too much. hopefully they have redeemed themselves. So when I got there, there were perhaps 10-15 cars in the drive-thru. I assumed that the benefits of using the mobile app order (7:15ish pm) would be faster & also help with the reduction of cars in the drive through lane. So I made a mobile order, then 4 mins later I received a receipt. Ok so since I received a receipt, I assume that the employee must have packed my order & would be on their way to me, usually takes maybe 1-2 minutes. WRONG! I waited more. Then around 7:40pm came, I decided to go inside. All I ordered was a happy meal & 1 cheeseburger for my hungry kids & my kids kept asking me when the food was coming. I don't care if I starve, my kids and all other kids are the future of this country. Then asked myself, why am I getting a receipt and still no food. Still 7:40ish pm I saw maybe 3 cars in the drive-thru. A car at mobile #1 got upset and left, not sure if he went to the drive-thru lineup or confront them but the car left. Here I am thinking what the hell happened. I decided to go in. So, the employee ignored me when I kept saying "ma'am" please help me even though she looked at me directly twice. After a couple of times, I had to scream it out. So when she finally came to me, she couldn't find my order. So I showed her my email & then she started preparing it. So at this point I am thinking wow maybe they gave my kids food to someone else. I was furious, I have hungry kids in the car. I said forget it, I want a reimbursement. So that's the attached reimbursement receipt. The time stamp is 7:47pm. I waited almost 50mins simplest order, one happy meal & 1 cheeseburger. After this experience, I guess I won't use the mobile order now since having 15 cars at drive-thru was the fastest option. So anyone doing mobile orders, don't! Just lineup , it's faster. Mobile order is useless! You're going to wait longer! Line yourself with the 20 cars ahead cause you'll get faster service. I waited almost 30 minutes for one happy meal and one cheeseburger. Pretty stupid, for a "fast food" order. Don't use curbside pick up. Seems like building a traffic at the drive-thru lane is faster. In the end, they reimbursed me (exact amount) but what was really lost was that my kids were still hungry and I wasted my time for going inside (I should've made an in-person order, still faster than mobile order). Just remove the mobile app if you cannot prioritize it. Drive-thru & in-person seems to be the priority.Parking: Parking at mobile was almost empty but they didn't prioritize mobile orders. The 15 cars lined up got their orders before mobile orders to the point mobile order #1 went To line up and STILL got his order before me. I should have line up. no more online order for me. Lining up at drive-thru is the fastest option. I am still debating if I should send it to Michele Boudria, CEO of McDonalds Canada, until this issue is resolved. but let's see what St-Joseph location says first about their procedures of handling drive-thru vs in-person order vs mobile orders.
