When we were there the employees were all standing around talking (totally fine — just pointing out it wasn’t busy). The food was VERY cold and they forgot our 10 piece nuggets. The fries and sauce for that meal were there, but not the nuggets. I tried to call, but both times the line dropped/hung up when put through.My burger was so cold, and all the toppings were old (brown lettuce, mushy tomato). What a waste of $30.00. I never leave reviews… but this made me so annoyed. Done going to this McDonald’s.

Completely dirty and disgusting restaurant. Out of gas for pop/soda machine which was warm syrupy grossness. Garbages were all full. Everything is beat up and broken in there. Saw them give the McFlurry to a customer, not stirred up, because their machine was broken. On top of that, they mixed fresh fries in with the old fries and the grease tasted like it hasn’t been changed in a long time. Very dirty everywhere.

By far, VERY FAR my worst McDonald's experience ever. Despite very average traffic, we were served in 35 minutes (like about the 12 other customers who gathered during this interminable wait for 4 trios. Their stock of straws AND napkins was exhausted, not to mention the breakage of the drinks fountain, which no longer had any refrigeration capacity and even less ice. What's better than a good warm Coke with a side of the "eye" buttered with BigMac sauce!?
