Everytime I go to order the chicken ranch snack wrap it's unavailable yet I drive down the road to the other location they sell it what's going on at Seto for the past two weeks it's not available what did you guys run out of ranch and when do you receive your stock once a year since this location has opened it's been more of an inconvenience then convenient.

The usual morning team is amazing! Very welcoming and quick. I’ve had a few bad experiences but I think that it happens when late shift employees work during to morning to fill in for someone who’s absent. Biggest star for Myshane, who’s always so nice.

You know that you have 2 lanes for delivery So you serve lane 1 and lane 2 I was waiting in lane 2, you kept serving lane 1. To the point that i left. I’m guessing you only serve lane 1. Then be nice enough to block lane 2.

Hands down three slowest McDonald's in the Ottawa area. Food is cold, inside the restaurant was dirty the two times I went and it smells because they don't empty the garbage, so I do not recommend.

A lot of people were complaining about the service and didn't get people's orders right. I waited 30 minutes and some of the food was cold. I had to tell them to do my order cause I saw them passing my order. I think they did small orders first.
