McRidiculous, depending on the employee working they won’t serve 70% of there menu, this would be understandable if it was consistently the same evening menu or if they were out. However, it depends completely on the employee. The male full time weekday night employee is always the one to say no, but all other staff make the entire menu. I assume a franchise would not appreciate the loses due to an employee not wanting to do their job. And it’s every night he’s working we’ve noticed this.

We arrived at the checkout (5 minutes) and the employee was on her cell the whole time, and after 5 minutes she looked up to ask us if we had been served (no) Once our order was placed, I waited 10 minutes before getting it PS, it wasn't even rush hour! PU NEVER
