The order is not correct, the people at the counter are not pleasant and barely understand French. The burger was made by someone who didn't clean their hands before preparing. The frozen hot chocolate not mixed (the chocolate powder remained on top of the ice) and apparently the mixing machine is not working, although I hear it working and the person right after me has the same thing mixed.
How does this “restaurant” manage to still be open?

I never eat McDonalds because i think their food is disgusting, but on Christmas day they were the only fast food open so I grabbed some before going to work. I placed a mobile order to make things quick, when i checked in I waited about 10 minutes, for an employee to come out and tell me they did not have the product I ordered. I then asked what was equivalent as a replacement, I was told to wait a minute, she would be right back with alternatives. I saw her walk up to the drive thru window, and i expected her to come back to my car to ask me what I wanted. But no, she went right back inside. Puzzled, I sat there like an idiot for another 15 minutes, for her to come back out and hand me a bag with mystery food. I asked her what it was, and surely, it was something i did not want at all. Why did she order for me, picked what i was going to eat without even considering what i would want? And then of course when i got to work and looked at the food, it was a classic McDonalds burger, with all the ingredients everywhere but the burger. Overall horrible food and horrible service. This is why i do not eat at McDonalds restaurants.

The cashier never said one word to me she just stared at me the whole time I was giving my order. She left to get a code from the back and never came back. Never got to actually placed my order, waited for about 10 min gave up and left. Horrible management, can't imagine the food is well taken care of based on how terrible they treat their customers.

Went to make an order for 3, almost nothing of the order was good. We ordered a double hamburger and received a double cheese. We also ordered a chicken junior which we never received, instead we had 6 croquettes. Additionally, the customer service was not good. The ice machine on the floor didn't work and the employees were insulted when we asked if it was possible to get ice back. The liquor is flat. From now on, we are going to take a detour to go to another McDonald's, always had bad experiences at this McDonald's this was the straw that broke the camel's back.

looks like gatineau McDonald’s have so many things that Ottawa’s don’t have staffs here are friendly I couldn’t speak in French so they show my order number directly

I order a medium iced coffee and a Cheese burger it's took 35 minutes and it's wasn't that busy and the buns was soggy, garbage fills with trash cigarettes in the bathroom and the bathroom smell like cigarettes
