We were here at dinner time and the place was quite full. Despite that, all our food was cold. The fries especially were made long ahead of time and just sat there, getting soggy and cold. The ketchup pump was empty, too. And when our kids needed to use the washroom, we found it was locked. Apparently we need to ask for someone to push a button behind the counter to unlock it. I would almost be ok with that if it meant that the bathroom was clean. But both stalls were filthy, with urine on the seats and floors. This wasn't our first bad experience with this location, but we had hoped things had improved. They have not.

I've only ever gone through the Drive thru, but there's always something wrong. Granted, tonight it was at 11.30, but it took me 15 minutes from making my order until I had it in my hands. When I had paid, the employee grabbed my order from a shelf with several other orders that had probably been languishing for as long as me. I don't know if it's staff or management that is lacking, but this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

Prior to the renovation, this location was in the running for the worst in North America. Now, the restaurant is under new management, and it's as if Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares was here.
Very clean and welcoming environment, competent staff (finally) and very fast service. The manager/owner was walking around greeting people and wiping down tables. My order was accurate and of high quality, which I could never say before from this location.
This McDonalds has done a complete 180°, and I hope Aylmer gives it a second chance.
