Ordered DoorDash from this location multiple times and there are always items missing every time. It is ridiculous. I maybe be crazy for continuing to order from here. Lesson learned. I’m done with this location.

The only reason why I go to this branch is because it's the only one nearby. The problem is that something is ALWAYS missing. And by always, I literally mean, always. My most recent experience (this evening), they had to do it 3 times to manage to give me the right things. I don't know what it's like in the kitchen, but they definitely have problems.

Bad experience once again! Always the same routine with McDonald's at Buck! I myself have worked at McDonald's for a long time (not at Buck) and I have never seen such poorly trained employees, hoping that they are only poorly trained to demonstrate such a pitiful lack of professionalism! Here is my happy feast wrap once patched up as best I could!
A poorly packaged wrap, torn and covered in Mayo (on both sides) and a luxury crispy WITHOUT lettuce received with lettuce 🤦♀️
Finally, disappointed once again...

On a Friday evening at 8:15 p.m., you think you're doing a good job by telling yourself I'm going to come in and eat hot in peace. There weren't too many vehicles at the drive-thru. I order at the infamous terminal, I wait 30 minutes to be served cold. There were people who were there before me who did not receive their order when I received my cold meal. There was no clerk at the cash register, where he was busy at the drive-thru.
I hadn't been here for a while, I ordered at 11:00 sharp for dinner, I was hoping it would be hot and fresh but unfortunately lukewarm fries and (2) lukewarm big macs too and dry bread, 6 lukewarm croquettes. Conclusion for the price $ it's not worth the detour.

Waited more than 25 minutes for an order tonight it's nonsense and Totally unacceptable and it wasn't even busy after more than 15 minutes an employee said to me sorry it won't be long and they made me wait even more than 10 minutes to finally give me the order... the staff is totally delayed, it's simple

January 5, 2025, arrives at deive through at 01:10 am, it's 01:30 and no one has taken my order yet!!!!! I just received my order, ik is 01:45!!!!
And again, for the 5th time this month, we forgot the bacon again! It sucks!!! We only realize it when we arrive home and we paid for it!!!!!
It seems to me that it is not hard to read the entire order!!!
