This was the first Big Mac I’ve had in 5 years, absolutely horrible. There was nothing but the bread, the patties and a few onions. Didn’t even taste like a Big Mac. The only good thing about this place is the person who served me was nice. Will not be going back to this restaurant.

I have noticed that approximately 50% of the time, upon arriving home after utilizing your drive-through service, an item or two appears to be missing from my order. This seems to occur about 50% of the time, and it is always a deficit, never an excess. It might be beneficial to implement a system where all orders are thoroughly double-checked before being handed to customers. Additionally, I've found that the fries are not hot about 50% of the time, rendering them unsuitable for consumption. I am quite disappointed with what appears to be a recurring issue with management. While I understand that occasional errors can occur, and I would be more forgiving if an apology were offered, the frequency of these issues (50% of the time with no apology) is simply too high. As a result, I will likely choose to dine elsewhere in the future.

Very bad tasting food, very poorly served, too much ketchup very big pieces of onions not sliced, meat paddies had a bad taste. And ALL our drinks tasted just AWFUL. (soap taste) And the kids in there preparing the food laughing and talking about anything but servings decent food. Had to return our child's food twice and the third time the burger was somewhat ok it still had too much ketchup and they slapped 2 cheese sliced. The little one ended up not wanting to eat it.

The got my order wrong they slapped the buger in a way that it was all falling apart instead of putting extra pickles and extra onions, they didn't put any at all. And the fries were old a stale. There was missing nuggets, and they had no toys for my son.It was a horrible experience considering we were at the hospital and just grabbing some food to make my son happy. They staff was rude and laughed.
Beware this place has no adult supervision. Check your order at drive true before leaving. Even if the snothy kid presses you to leave. You are most likely missing something. Not a one of but the norm at this restaurant.

Ordered DoorDash from this location multiple times and there are always items missing every time. It is ridiculous. I maybe be crazy for continuing to order from here. Lesson learned. I’m done with this location.
