They try to give you the down grand instead of making the upgrade hoping you dont look. They are really lazy and did not ask about the points the two worker looked high while working and were very slow. Also had to wait 10 minutes for the upgrade.

Started off strong with a 10 min wait in the drive thru *just to order (only two cars in the whole drive thru in front), proceeds to mess up my order (however the lady was nice about it). I get home to eat my burger - can the kitchen crew put the condiments IN the sandwich and not ON the box… (see picture for reference) I fear this is just lack of common sense from the kitchen…

I hope you speak French, otherwise the staff may not be able to serve you. The staff member felt they needed to correct my French every time I didn't say something properly. There's being helpful, and then there is being condescending, I felt the latter. the drive through here lines up with gas pumps on the way out and I had to do some back and forth to exit the drive through. silly location for a McDonald's.

Everything was nice, a normal McDonald's with a nice school atmosphere. They forgot my order once though but it was nothing, infact I think someone took it but it was good. Would recommend for highschool students nearby

I mean literally in drive thru at McDonald’s and they won’t even get passed me saying my code they say coke? If they hear English they shut down Guys Ottawa is right there Montreal? They speak English everywhere
(And code is the same word in French) And then instead of trying to take my order they say come up to the window while there’s already a car there All you’re doing is taking longer by not trying to help Guess what? I’m still gonna get my order and you’re still gonna do your job Just because you refuse to take my order in English doesn’t mean anything I’ll stay there day and night

Place run by non-Canadian employees, with a total lack of customer service and without the slightest sense of hygiene. Dirty tables, employees shouting in an unintelligible language, other employees eating among customers and listening to loud music on their cell phones, a disaster of a place. Obviously there is no presence of any authority that controls the employees.
I visited this location several times over that past few months. It's good, and has been consistent. I only used the drive through service. The only drawback is drive through access, that can be tricky off St Louis and requires tight turns once you're in it. Pretty much no parking there either if you want to dine-in. You can access the small restaurant sit-down area from the gas station next to it.
