Very nice atmosphere and service. However, a microwaved hot dog bun, is usually sweaty and mushy. I did not love the hot dog because of that. Also, they seemed to have microwaved pan de bonos, and the texture was simply bad, hardened and staled food :(

The place is nice to share with the family. The customer service is excellent and kindness above all and the food meets my expectations...

Parking: There is enough space at the back of the restaurant.. You can also park on the street..

The service leaves a lot to be desired, we placed an order for more than 20 cakes to take away, the quality and taste of the product is not in line with the price, very basic. We liked the meat one, it was the best.
The service was too bad, delayed, not attentive, they even wanted to charge us more. The young man first took a while to serve us, when we wanted to eat some on the site, they did not give us sauces since they did not include them according to him, the same with the chili. In general, we left the place very unwell since we were excited to find out about another Colombian food place, however I highly recommend Boulangerie Pan Caliente, better service and better prices.

What a bad experience here. First time visiting from Kanata and already disappointed. Long line, waited 20 minutes to get to the cashier -who no sense of customer service - to find out they ran out of cholado (overpriced), no fresh empanadas….

Not coming again and for sure not recommending this place at all.

First experience this week, and it was excellent! The cuisine is clearly Colombian. The burgers were quite unique, in addition to being gigantic! I will definitely go back!

The food was great, the owner is so nice. Told us a lot of stories and explained where certain dishes originate from and about his hometown while our food got prepared, he even played the accordeon for us. Will return. The juice was also definitely fresh fruit. Tasted out of this world.

We went to Mekatos for lunch. I ordered a Hawaiian burger and my wife ordered their signature hot dog.

We found it odd how the staff couldn't speak or understand either French or English. When we came in, one of the employees asked us if we spoke Spanish. Normally business accommodate the customer in the language of their choice, not the other way around. We ordered in Spanish, which is fine considering my wife and I speak enough Spanish to order food. However, the staff and owner should make the minimum effort to speak and understand one of the two official languages of Canada.

As for the food, it was fairly underwhelming. The Hawaiian burger was overcooked and frankly too large. I couldn't fit the burger in my mouth so I had to chew on the perimeter. In doing so, the burger fell apart with each bite. At some point it completely collapsed and I had to ask for a fork to finish it. The fries were pretty disappointing as well considering that they were room temperature by the time they arrived. I'm not sure the quality of the burger and the fries justified the price ($22). You can get better hamburgers elsewhere in Hull for less.

Otherwise the restaurant is spacious, clean, and it has comfortable sitting.
