Negative point: we received a call to tell us that an item we wanted was no longer available. It happens so we change our choice, we receive our order: we had received the first choice that we had requested. A meat lover poutine. On the other hand, the meat was completely charred. As if we had burned the meat and scraped the bottom of the pan. Then, I asked for a Greek salad, I received salad with tomatoes and a cesard sauce on top… finally, I ordered the sausage poutine: I received a poutine with 3 pieces of hot dog sausage… raw… First time ordering there and especially the last. The order was placed on February 10 for 7 a.m. in the evening. If that helps. I seriously hope that this comment will be useful to you.

Don't be fooled by high rating. I wish I had been better warned and saved my money to go home hungry.Perhaps this is a one-off, to be fair, but I am legit wondering if this has some shady fake review and/or photo business or something cause when I went last week it had 4.3 stars on Google and it baffles my mind considering the actual poutine was the lowest ranking poutine ever for me, especially considering the outrageous price! I am guessing either the food has changed, this place succeeds only as drunk-food since it's open overnight, friends and family have boosted with 5-star reviews or that was paid for to succeed on Skip-the-Dishes, or any combination of those.I paid $20 for a large, basic poutine, which was actually a box of flavourless puffy dry rigid fries that annoyingly just tear themselves to shreds when moving your fork around like cheap overcooked bland frozen fries, with hardly any cheese and gravy that was nothing like the photos as it was very thin and completely liquid, to a point it would have been better used as a soup!I'm giving 4 stars for service because the young man at the cash was courteous, friendly, kind, patient, and calm. He was so also when a very talkative stressed out woman was in asking him if her face was showing signs of the blows it had taken in the fight she had just been in. Also, the lady forgot she had already packed her order of food away in her bag when he was in the kitchen, and when he got back she asked him for her order so she could go, and he responded really well to the awkward situation (she ended up realizing she had it already in her bag and apologized).

Very bad poutine. The fries are not crispy at all. A cheese that makes, it's not a good quality cheese and what can we say about the sauce. Very ordinary. To be avoided, quite simply. And way too expensive for the poor quality. A poutine that costs more than $20 while at Ashton, it’s less than $10!!

We ordered two poutines and the jalapeno peppers.All the ingredients EXCEPT the fries were good. These are not snack fries. Actually I suspect they use frozen fries.The fries are so important to make a good poutine, at the time I wanted to give 3 stars, but really everything else, sauce, quantity of cheese, quality of the jalapenos, convinced me to give 4/5.

I ordered a meat lovers poutine yesterday on doordash, I had never seen or tried this restaurant. In short, the poutine I received was so good I can't believe it, huge portion, very generous in meat, they added meat and there was also a lot of cheese and brown gravy. Their poutine sauce is delicious. It's not my style to comment on business on Google but I had no choice because this restaurant deserves it.

Awesome place for us night shift workers, 3pm to 5am !Food and price is perfect, quality of the food is a 10/10, i mean who makes a club sandwich with shawarma chicken in town ? These guys and it's absolutely delicious!!!

I'll review positively although I had a unfavorable experience. On uber they forgot items that I needed to refund.. The garlic bread is inedible (way too much garlic butter) - the bread was soggy mush . The zucchini sticks were under cooked and all fell out of their coating. I think the flavor is all there just needs to be refined a little . Just need to get your delivery game up because the potential is there and I trust it could be a good place to eat and order from!

Awesome experience, extremely friendly staff and the food we got was phenomenal! Will happily come again to try other food on the menu. Definitely recommend trying the poutine here, the serving is huge and worth the price.
