Dinner excellent service excellent however I had a rib steak displayed on the site at $50.00 I paid $68.00. My wife in filet mignon shows $47.00 paid $57.00. So too expensive, bad advertising..the wine is half price but more expensive displayed..the inflated price..so disappointed with my Fracture...

Dirty bathroom you are told that they have no beer and you ask why the answer is we did not receive our order and it was the same answer it was 2 weeks ago Not the fault of the waiters and waitresses but the owner should look at his restaurant. Fact lasts even the phone number is below our name
The food is good but the service sucks. Very bad we booked for 7 p.m. received the food at 8 p.m.... it was a very bad experience for the service but the steak is good

The big problem with this restaurant is that it’s mismanaged. The bathrooms either have no paper or soap. The service is super slow, though friendly. Good is very tasty. Fix the management and it’s a winner.

i’m being nice giving a 2 star. food was half decent, my medium well steak was a little too charred on the outside, tasted slightly burnt. would i come here again? no, im a food connoisseur and i was not impressed, baked potato was meh, rice was meh, i asked if the calamari was homemade, they said it was, not tasty at all. i also asked the waitress to run up my bill separately because i was part of a large group that wasn’t ready to leave yet; i had to go to work so i needed to pay my bill aside from the group i was with, i wanted the group to relax and leave and pay when they are ready; but she said she can only make me a bill if she makes everyone a bill. this is a very unrealistic, unprofessional way of dealing with billing. she was advised to basically make everyone’s bill and get everyone to pay just because i needed to leave first. very embarrassing, i won’t be coming back here. i would suggest to save your money and try another place,

Very disappointed with our evening at Milan. Dry meal, poor service, very basic quality of food for the price. We mentioned our disappointment to the waitress who informed the owner who was there and he didn't even bother to come see us. First and last time for me.
