At first it was okay, we ended up waiting 1h30 for our plate and another 15 minutes for mine when I finally received it I ordered a poutine I received fries and my burger was cold raw onion , raw and hard bacon. I returned it, when I got it back it had a hair on the ball. Then I wanted to have a brownie only to find out that we had to change it, it was as hard as a rock and it still had a hair on the ice cream even the waitress was shocked when she got there. Really disappointed we had to change something 1 year ago it was wonderful.

The food was awful, the French onion soup was terrible and not even warm. The meat from the hamburger steak tasted raw and the salad didn't even taste like a Cesar. When we order coffee it wasn't even warm almost colder than the soup. Very dirty floors and tables. They charge ridiculous prices for food they can't even serve well.

Fantastic service, our waiter was super friendly. He joked with us and was totally on the ball. Had piripiri chicken and loved it. Had filet mignon and loved it. Cheesecake and creme brulee were amazing.

I had dinner here on Feb. 24 with three friends. Overall, it was a bad experience. I ordered a 7UP, which took about 30 minutes and the glass it came in was dirty. My friends drink glasses were also all dirty. My friend had raw bacon on her burger. My burger was so charred that I only had two bites of it. The Caesar salad was bland and dry. Also, every table in the restaurant was dirty even though there was hardly anyone there. They also turned the music off at 9:30 PM, I assume to encourage guests to leave as they close at 10 PM? No one in my group really enjoyed their meal. The food, drinks, and atmosphere were not good. My recommendation is to not eat here.

The menu has changed recently, the rib steak which was 50$ in January is now 68$, and the New York Steak went from 44$ to 59$.Both steaks were overcooked despite request for medium rare.Sauté mushrooms marked at 7$ on the menu were in fact at 9$.I asked for a 20 oz Rickard Red and got a 12 oz bottle instead.Overall a very disappointing experience.

1 hour and 10 minutes after arriving, we still didn't have any drinks.. There were 2 waiters for the entire restaurant.. We arrived around 6:10 p.m. and received our plates at 8 p.m. The food is delicious, but the service is very very disappointing..

Definitely not a place to eat steak. I ordered a rare filet mignon, he brought me a well-cooked filet mignon (no pink inside). I turn him over, he tells me that he is out of filet mignon and that he can bring me a ribsteak. The ribsteak was cooked blue. Very disappointed with this restaurant especially with the price they sell their meals. A thank you to the waiter who gave us a discount on the bill.
Great options. Great prices. I like the halloumi salad.

Man , i love this place , i always try to bring , my mom , dad , friends , colleagues when we trying to decide where to eat , but the lasts 5 times i went it was somewhat unpleasantly kind of dirty. Like make up stains on glasses , smudges on utensils , tables kind of oily , crumbs on carpets ... i always wondered why it was always so empty while the food is so good !... its disappointing to bring my people and they get kinda grossed out.. staff is nice tho never took it the wrong way if we point something out and changed it for cleans things..but man some attention could be done on cleaning just a little more to make it more pleasant :)
