Habituellement j'adore leur pizza (gluten free) cette fois-ci ils m'ont pas envoyer la bonne chose mais ils m'en ont envoyer une autre sans frais, mais quand j'ai demander du fromage sans lactose, ils ont mis du fromage vegan je crois, c'était atroce, le goût et texture étais dégueulasse j'ai dû jeter ma pizza.. prochaine fois (Lactaid) et fromage normal !

I ordered a steak sub combo. The sub was mid. It came with a poutine as a side. I hate to be that guy, but it was a horrible poutine. They didn't use cheese curds, they used pizza cheese on it. I gave it the ol' college try, but I couldn't eat more than 3 bites of it before calling it quits. It was awful.
Edit: I confirm, this is the correct milanos the order was made to, it was an online order, no request to substitute out the cheese curds was made. You may check your own records to confirm. Order was made approx 5pm 2 Nov, it was a delivery. Group order, which came with 3 Poutines amongst other foods, all 3 did not have cheese curds.

We ordered on SKIP, and an item was missing from our order. We called the restaurant, and they said the delivery guy left too quickly. They apologized, offered us a $20 credit on our next order IN ADDITION to coming to personally deliver the missing item. SUPERB customer service!

The only good about this place was the lady behind the counter tried to get exactly what was shown on the coupon but they wouldn't give it I'm only allowed 3 topping.. cheese fingers were burnt the the wings were over cooked the pizza was sauce less. Honestly garbage place for not fulfilling the advertisement.
