Wanted a pizza sub but meatball came outta my mouth which is not on the menu!!! Asked for onions to be added!!Never said a word about not having meatball on the menu!! Paid 26 bucks fer delivery and tip!! What I got was pizza sauce fried ground beef mayo lettuce tomato and pickles on my supposed meatball sub!! Never again will I be ordering food from milano's! I mean who hasn't had a meatball ball sub!! That was an abomination!!! Yikes!!!!!!

The deluxe steak sub was delicious but the fries were cold.
Ordered 2 Philly steak subs 12'... asked for no pickles and there was plenty. Asked for philly steak subs... steak there was very little... if I wanted a salad in bread I could have made that myself. Very disappointed with the order and for wanting to try something new. Have pictures of both subs.

We ordered chicken parm and pizza for a home gathering. Pizza came, no sign of the chicken parm. No communication about it. Got a refund through DoorDash but we had to scramble to feed our guests. Not cool.
