Minotaure is a vibrant restaurant and bar near Portage, with a strong artistic presence and a variety of activities like karaoke and themed evenings. It is one of the coolest spots, tapped right into the Quebec indie rock circuit and bringing great bands to the city. The sound for live music is great, with very good quality speakers, and it's still loud. The two-floor layout is very cool. Guests can expect humble and friendly staff, and awesome and attentive service. Minotaure is a great spot for drinks with friends or colleagues.
