Horrible. Got a late and it was a powdered mix that wouldnt dissolve into the drink. Like drinking sand. Woman at the counter had no shame and talked like she was making an actual drink. When did people stop giving a crap about their establishment :(

In what world is this considered a latte ? This is just an expresso shot and they filled the cup to the rim with warm milk. So full with milk it's just spilling everywhere when I walk.

I can easily do that at home. So disappointed.

There's a coffee place in the mall across the street from moca loca. "Le Marche Wakim." The owner does incredibly good coffees. You can tell he takes pride in it.

Won't waste my time and money going to Moca loca anymore.

The drinks and treats are tasty, but the staff... oof.

Two out of the three times I ordered, there were issues.

Regarding the first time, I am not aware if they used oat milk as I requested or charged me correctly because I didn't check, so that time seemed OK. I did notice that the lady repeatedly asked me if it was for here or to go, which I answered multiple times.

The second time, they charged me for the wrong item, which was more expensive. They chose not to correct it, while repeating that it wasn't a big deal, without me even arguing anything. This was for a wrap. If you make a mistake, just own it and correct it. It doesn't matter the amount.

The third time, the older lady there asked me multiple times what kind of milk I wanted, and I said "avoine". Afterwards, I noticed she was making it with cow's milk, and asked if that was the case. She said "yes, but if you want something else, I'll switch it". How do you ask me 3 times and nearly have me drink cow's milk, which I am intolerant to? $7 later for a simple Chai latte. She charged me for a large when it was a small. I used a tall container, but the contents actually fit into one their size small cups; I tested it.

It's really too bad that the staff there do not do their jobs well. I tipped, and I remained polite. I expect kind and thoughtful service in return. If you're going to charge a premium, please hire that staff that will deliver premium service.

Take the combo formula with choice of sandwich and soup (or 2 salads), excellent value for money ?

for the price I was expecting firehouse subs quality. But I got dry untoasted bread and not a whole lot of meat and that's all there was it felt like.

Don’t be fooled by the google pictures, some of them are not even from the coffee shop.

I ordered a chicken pesto sandwich and my husband got some sort of calabrese sandwich. The food was awful. The pesto sandwich was somehow dry on the outside but soaked on the inside with something that felt and tasted like tartar sauce. The iced latte we ordered was obviously not made from an espresso machine and I’m not even sure if it had oat milk in it, like we ordered. We’re not even sure my husband’s sandwich had any calabrese in it at all.

We also tried to eat outside but a homeless man came quickly after to occupy the table next to ours and we were forced to go back into the shop. Even while we were leaving at the end, he was still sitting on their patio.

When we were ordering, the lady taking our order was talking to someone else the entire time and kept cutting us off. While we were trying to eat, after we came back inside, someone was banging around dishes so loud we couldn’t hear each other speak.

Absolutely awful experience.

Used to be my favorite location. The cafe was so hot that blistered my mouth. And the service staff (young kids) were rude.

Well located on Boulevard St Joseph, the cuisine is exquisite and the cakes are divine. The kale soup was a little lacking in flavor for my taste but still very good. The people who work there are very courteous and friendly.
