A friend of mine told me she went there for the first time in a few months and was denied the Accuracy Price Policy! The price for the banana bread was listed as $2.75 and when she got to the cash register, she was asked to pay $3.75. She clearly stated the accuracy of the prices by saying that she should legally receive her banana bread for free. The cashier went to find another employee who then told her that it was impossible to change the price… when it should simply be free! We told him it’s because now there are chocolate chips in banana bread? My friend felt so bad about asserting herself that she was shaking. It didn't help that the employees were glaring at her and there was a line in the back. She left, paying the total. She spent the day with a knot in her stomach, but personally, I am convinced that she was right to assert herself. It's not her problem if the price displayed is not the right one (just put a piece of tape with the right price on it!) and it's not her problem either if she's the only one among the people concerned who having passed your Finance courses in secondary school 🙂

Sandwich déjeuner was good but the flat white… tasted burnt, had this aftertaste that stays in mouth It was more of a filtered coffee than a flat white. Quite disappointing

Little shop that delivers a big selection of delicious menu items. Very good and fresh sandwiches, excellent coffee and delectable shakes and desserts. Plenty of seating available after getting fast, friendly service. Scrumptious veggie sandwich options available.

Ça fait deux fois en deux semaines que je commande et c'est vraiment pas comme avant. Autant le wrap californien que le poulet et pesto. Les deux ne goûtent pas comme d'habitude. Très sec, trop cuit les deux fois. On dirait qu'on l'a oublié sur le grill. Vraiment déçu. Pour 33 $ pour 2 sandwichs de mauvaise qualité, c'est assez ordinaire.
