I had terrible service today November 29, 2024. I ordered a latte on ice and it tasted really bad and not like it usually tastes. I am a fairly regular customer and this is the first time I have gone to see someone to change my drink. So I proceeded to ask for another drink, the same or another one it doesn't matter to replace the $7.50 one I had paid for and which didn't taste good at all. An employee told me that there was nothing to do because the drink had been made correctly, when she hadn't even done it...she looked at me and said: no we I'm not going to give you anything else, maybe it's just you who doesn't like something in it. I'm a regular at this drink so I know I usually like it. All that to say that I had to throw away the drink and that I had a severe headache a few minutes later. Service that does not advocate the customer at all...I will not come back again.

I was looking for a simple iced tea as it was a hot summer day. They only had one option already made, which was partly lemonade. I didn't want lemonade, so I asked for plain green iced tea, no sweetener. You'd think this would be simple enough. The young server brought me a glass of cold water with a green tea bag in it. For some reason, some tea leaves were floating in my glass. It was a very weak drink after waiting 10 minutes. The staff here do not apparently know how to make iced tea. I was surprised, to say the least. I should add that this drink was about $4. The ambiance was nice however, my drink was terrible. I can do this easily at home - I am not sure why they can't do this for customers.
