The food is good but the service is not! When you get served by a girl who has her cell phone in her hands and is more busy with her texts than serving the world, it's ordinary! In addition to disturbing his other colleagues who are preparing food and showing his cell phone and videos! We shouldn't feel like we're bothering you when you come to order!!

Super delicious and fresh food from this location! The young lady at the cash was very friendly. She let us know it would be about a 5 minute wait while we were ordering. Beaverdogs are one of my all-time favorite foods and they now have them available in bite sizes.

Allez y pas après votre souper pour un dessert.. on est arrivé a 19h15 et ça fermait à 20h00. Il y abait des clients qui passaient une commande. Quand on est arrivé au comptoir, elle nous dit c'est fermé. Dans ma tête a moi, quand ça dit que ça ferme à 20h00, ça ferme à 20h00, pas à 19h15. C'est pas comme si je suis arrivé 5 minutes avant la fermeture. Je suis arrivé 45 minutes avant la fermeture.

There’s this one boy or girl, I’m not sure what he or she is but they get changed in the middle of the kiosk. I’ve been here before and never seen that person, always a pleasant time until I saw this one person full of piercings changing, putting deodorant and perfume on and not washing their hands after. Honestly disgusting seeing someone like that handling the pretzels. Never ordering again while he/she is working! ??

Arrived at 4:40 to order 2 pretzels and they are 3 workers moving around and said sorry we are closed… with 20 minutes left before closing. Please update your hours accordingly on Google to avoid an unnecessary drive!

Came at 4:45. Wanted a plain pretzel. They were laying outside. Said they were closed. Mall closes at 5.
Had the strangest experience with an employee at this location and I really hope the franchise owner gets back to me to discuss. Only then I will remove the one star rating. This rating does not reflect the quality of the food , Infact we always go there because it's delicious; however, one of the employees that works there should not be there. She is a bigger chubby girl with blond hair and chubby face , with the at most unfriendly and racist person ever encountered. She started making racial and sarcastic remarks about my wife just because of a simple request to make a fresh pretzel. She followed my wife with her phone for 20mins while filming and saying racial remarks. This employee has lost her mind , not sure whether to laugh about this or be majorly concerned.There is more to the story but I just want to warn you of this person and to be careful.Stay safe !!

Love love that place ! Great food great service .only problem I hate is the customers that come by and take pics of the employees and their husbands making threats. I feel bad for those underpaid employees working hard and customers that come by and make demands and if they don’t get what they want they insult them.
