I ordered puffs yesterday via Uber Eats, they arrived very small and barely cooked. When eating them, we could clearly see the lack of cooking and the taste was not great. The tornadoes (ice cream) were excellent though, but I didn't order Mr. Puff for the ice cream....

This is the worst location I have been too with the worst service. The puffs that were sold to me were old, when I requested to get fresh ones made they refused till I asked for their names and told them I would be making a review then they offered to give me fresh ones. Sophie and Chloe provided the worst costumer service. I got my money back and won’t be returning to this location again!
