Absolutely terrible service, overpriced and food not even decent quality!!! My first order was $120+ for 2 pizzas, wings and 2 desserts. The desserts were sooo stale, they were inedible (quality of eating a hockey puck). We decided to choose the pick up option for that order. Since the pizza was good we decided to give the restaurant another try, delivery this time. After 1.5h of waiting we called the restaurant only to be told that the pizza delivery guy went to a completely different address and âcalled us 5 timesâ. We received absolutely no calls, we were told they threw out the pizzas when we offered to pick them up ourselves, and with a remainder of 45 minutes until close they still refused to remake the order because of closing. The delivery guy apologized for not reading our address correctly, however, the lady on the phone refused to acknowledge their mistake, was rude and told us no manager was on site for us to discuss any issue about the order. UberEats App was still accepting orders 15 minutes after our complaint. Will NEVER order from there again and highly suggest others do the same. The Gas Station Supreme Pizzeria has way better service and the same quality if you are looking for something in Aylmer.

After my recent experience at Naples restaurant, I can assure you that I'll never return. The service was pleasant, but slow and there were only three tables with customers in the entire restaurant. The veal parmesan was embarrassing. I don't know how a restaurant could ever serve such a thin piece of veal. I've had better parmesan from a high school cafeteria. The house pinot was average at best and $15! for a small glass. If you are looking for Italian, go almost anywhere on Preston St in Ottawa and avoid Naples. Maybe order their pizza to take out if you are looking for above average pizza but be prepared to pay above average prices for small quantities as well.

We arrived close to closing time because our bus was delayed, and this was almost the only place still open for dinner around the hotel. We were very grateful for their warm welcome â the staff were all kind and friendly. The food was delicious and the portions generous. The only minor downside was that the fries werenât very crispy.

Its an ok place if you need something to eat, not too far away. Ordered pizza it was greasy and so too was the lasagna which didn't have much meat but layered on with pasta. I base all my pizza measures to Colonade pizza downtown though. I also base my pizza experience on how it tastes the day after. It was hard as a rock. It was ok, but I'll need to wait another 6-8 months before I order it again. Its hard to find decent restaurants on the quebec side esp Gatineau (taxes are too high)
