Avant j’aurais recommandé sans hésitations. Depuis un moment, la qualité du service a beaucoup diminuée. Mes trois dernières commandes avaient des erreurs qui ont fait qu’une personne n’a pas mangé chaque fois. Je suis peut-être idiote d’avoir laissé trois chances, mais j’espérais retrouver le Olivia des débuts. Dommage…

Holy cow, that was delicious

My experience at the Plateau location has been a bit mixed. While their salads are great, I find the preparation and execution of their taco items to be quite disappointing. During my recent visit, I wanted to order chicken tacos and a salad. As I was deciding whether to order two pairs of tacos, the cashier gave me a visibly annoyed and disapproving look, as if my hesitation was wasting her time. This was particularly surprising since the bistro was nearly empty—there were only three other customers, all of whom were already seated and eating.

While the food (especially the salads) is a highlight, the service experience left much to be desired. A little more patience and professionalism from the staff would go a long way in making the overall dining experience more enjoyable.

I have eaten at Olivia bistro boutique on several occasions and have never been disappointed. Each time, my salads were excellent and exceeded my expectations. The portions are very generous and I am sometimes able to have a lunch the next day. My two favorite salads are Shabby Chic and Gypsie.

Their website is very well done and it is super easy to find out the allergens in each salad. Lots of gluten-free choices and I never had a reaction during my visits. Each salad is prepared separately. So it’s an excellent place to go to eat when you don’t want to prepare dinner and still want to eat healthy!
