I love Olivia but the owner doesn’t give the tips to the employees 💔 So if you go, don’t tip them. (I know this for a fact, an employee told me)

We tried a salad, smoothie, and some protein balls—and everything was absolutely delicious! The ingredients were fresh, flavors were on point, and it all felt super nourishing. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable, especially for the quality. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

Love Olivia, my go to restaurant for lunch break with colleagues or family . The best part of are their prices and health bowls and salads /soup selection, with different varieties of drinks as well, for a budget of 18$ you can have a full meal and be satisfied! Interior design 10/10 , cozy atmosphere, always busy which means people love it too! I would only suggest more seats maybe outside to accommodate during rush lunch / brunch hours and provide straws for smoothiecups :) other than that we love Olivia !

The food at Olivia’s is amazing, I love that we have a healthy and quick option (of course this varies by time of day).

My go-to are the shrimp tacos, the Cesar salad and the detox juice. I’m looking forward to trying more items on the menu.

The restaurant is cute and clean, and you can also purchase items to go and cook from home. A must try!

I come here with my girlfriend often. Food is great, lots of healthy & tasty options. However, on our most recent trip, the service
was awful. The cashier was extremely rude, impatient, and spoke to us in a condescending tone. Whilst waiting for the food, an employee who was mopping the floor intentionally hit my girlfriend’s shoes multiple times. She did not look up to acknowledge the fact, or even apologize. We felt like a disturbance. They could have simply turned us away instead of forcing themselves to serve us.

Bad customer service. The cashier misunderstood the order and made no effort to change it after I paid, even if it was not prepared yet.
There is no indication on the menu that salads have different sizes available and the employee entered a small size for the order. I asked if we can change it if the salad has not been made, but the respond was pretty cold.
After receiving the order and reviewing the bill, more mistake were find.
Overall, I realized that we came 30 minutes before closing, so I could assume that they wanted to wrap it up quickly. I wish that they could have told us and wouldn't feel like we were pushed out the shop.

I observed less than ideal sanitary conditions with a person who made a salad with bare hands and then touched their eye. I was told they wash hands a lot and don't wear gloves.

The Rudders personnel that I've ever seen.

Avant j’aurais recommandé sans hésitations. Depuis un moment, la qualité du service a beaucoup diminuée. Mes trois dernières commandes avaient des erreurs qui ont fait qu’une personne n’a pas mangé chaque fois. Je suis peut-être idiote d’avoir laissé trois chances, mais j’espérais retrouver le Olivia des débuts. Dommage…

Order uber eats the chicken couscous bowl and it was so good!! I don’t know what the white sauce is but loved it and do you sell it

Plateau location, always been good but lately customer service equates to delayed delivery. I waited for my food 30 min….. other people were waiting.

Expanding into so many locations maybe impacting employee training.

Did not feel the warm atmosphere that i’ve in the past.

I did not even take my food and i left as i could not wait any longer.

Be ready to wait for 40 min before tour meal arrives.

So good ! It's expensive fancy food to eat at their cute little spot or on the go. It's delicious and I'm never disappointed.
