Ou Quoi (Ou Quoi Salon Urbain)

The bartender with the big black ear rings is very rude. Every other staff member is very nice but every rime that guy works I get the worst service and my friends feel the same way. We always tip him and wait for him to come see us but that attitude is just too much and today we decided we will never come back here again. It’s sad because we enjoyed spending our time here as a group but enough is enough. Hope the management is going to at least give him a word about his behavior for future customers…

Im not responsible for paying your staff, you are (gab). Pay them properly and they wont have to act like petulant children not getting their tooth fairy money.

Trashy place I didn’t tip because I was 18 years old and was frugal with my money but instead of asking me if the service was poor (which it was fine), they basically guilt me into tipping them and made me feel bad for not tipping. The server was probably in his late 20s or 30s and I was a kid basically was very unprofessional. If We’re not tipping if you wanna tip give me a good service don’t give me an option not to tip And then expect that it’s practice to always tip. It’s silly and you guys are cringe.

some girl bartender told me if i didn’t tip her she wouldn’t serve me. started complaining about how she only makes $11/h and how i have to tip her or she won’t serve me. she was extremely rude even after i tipped her because i felt obligated. just an fyi.. NOBODY is obligated to tip and you cannot refuse service because of that. find a different profession if you wanna make more money. i’m young too which was probably why i was so impressionable to that manipulative behaviour. 👎👎👎

I recently visited Ou Quoi and I have to say, it was an absolutely terrible experience. The worst part? The waitress. From the moment we sat down, it was clear she had no idea how to provide basic customer service. Not only was she rude and unprofessional, but she actually yelled at several of the customers at our table for no reason at all.

When an issue came up and customers were in danger, instead of handling it calmly or even apologizing, she escalated the situation and made us feel like we were the problem. It was beyond uncomfortable – we felt unsafe with her attitude. A good waitress knows how to de-escalate, but she had no interest in doing so.

This place has no respect for its customers. I will absolutely never be returning. It’s one thing to have bad service, but to be openly hostile and make your customers feel unwelcome is beyond unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

One of the best spots in town, great service, great drinks and even greater people! Each bar staff is beyond extraordinary. Whether it be max, Matthew, Dave, milie, or Joel. Can't ask for a better spot than this if you're looking to unwind. I would give this place 6 stars if I could.

Very French, cocktails are okay yet they are not friendly with English people. Taste is tbh high for what you pay and nothing great it’s just an Okay place tiny with no live music or anything chatty people as everyone is French kinda proud
