On Tuesdays, it is very difficult to get your order in. You could have seven people in line waiting, and the clerk is really not in a hurry to serve any of them. I left and went somewhere else.

I passed an online order (which was paid using Google Pay) to be picked up at 5h30pm. When I arrived to pick it up, the store was closed due to system issues. I tried calling them the following days until I was finally able to reach someone and they told me there was nothing they could do to refund said order. I asked for their customer service contact so I can request a refund and they told me they didn't have any. Quite unprofessional of them to not have a customer service phone number or to try and remedy the issue.
The online customer service said to contact the store to make an arrangement (which did not work) and to fill in a complaint form. Hopefully, the complaint form will result in a refund or I will have to do a chargeback.
Very disappointed in the service, definitely not a place I will go to again.

Close this location. Staff are horrible. Ordered the family 10 bucket almost all wings and not even one drumstick. Large fry was half empty. Dont even include a 2l with the large family meal. Will never i repeat never come to this location again.

Unlike the other days I've been there, our order didn't take too much time to be ready.
The staff on duty were very friendly! It was my daughter's birthday and there was no prior information to them but they came to sing for her and made her day even more colorful!

Store was not clean washroom woman's was really bad would never use it I just washed my hands Service was little slow mistake in my order we ate in I think a food inspector should go by this store on Notre Dame Gatineau only one left in Quebec area here 2 closed Don't know why but they are missed have to go to Ottawa if we want KFC please let me know if someone will into this store Linda
