I ordered a 10 pc bucket with three sides 50 dollars
Coleslaw tasted like it had been sitting around for a while and they only fîled 3/4 , fries same thing not a full box. Now the chicken you get 10 chunks of small cut chicken brests heavily battered for size... inwas craving pfk and drove 20 min to find one in Gatineau. Soooo disappointed next time ill drive to ottawa to mary browns or popeyes
You’re lucky if you actually even receive any food when you order from this place.
Forget the fact they almost always mess up the order, it’s a miracle if they don’t just take your money and not deliver anything. Don’t bother calling them because they’ll either not answer or pick up, deny everything and hang up on you.

Everytime we order from here via Uber Eats, it takes a ridiculous amount of time to be ready!! Like 40 minutes. We've had drivers drop out of delivery because it's such a ridiculous wait time. Once they pick up the order they still have to bring it to us, about 15-20 minutes away (off Ernest-Gaboury). Things are often forgotten and food is usually cold.
Get some new employees, and actually train them on how to do their job!!

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The customer service is genuinely the worst I have ever experienced. The workers are rude and curt. The place is filthy. The wait for food is egregiously long. The food is subpar and most of all, they're incredibly incompetent. They get orders wrong constantly. I don't think I've ever ordered from this location and not had some aspect of my order not messed up. When you call them about your order being incorrectly made, they respond rudely, deny any responsibility and hang up on you. Most recently I ordered a regular big crunch sandwich combo with a poutine and a can of Pepsi.
What I received was a SPICY BIG CRUNCH SANDWICH, REGULAR FRIES (so no poutine) AND NO CAN OF POP. Like that is an impressive level of sheer utter failure to do your job. Like it takes dedication to be that bad. You literally had to add an extra UNASKED FOR ingredient to mess this up. WHY ADD THE SPICY SAUCE?!?! IT WASN'T ORDERED!
How this place is still in business is a mystery to me.

Would put 0 stars if I could. The cashier is the worst I've ever seen he doesn't listen when you're ordering and he's extremelyslow. To top it off, they had issues with their transaction system so they only took cash.

Food came almost 20 min later then the time pre ordering in advance online, fries container was half full, missing one chicken strip out of 4. The order is supposed to be 50/50 white and brown meat and I only received brown meat. This is the second time I get all brown meat. Tge last time was a 20 pieces bucket and I had not a single white meat. If I could give less then one star I would

We just placed an order through uber eats and are missing a bunch of items. They’re written out for you so not sure how this happens, but it does every single time. For what’s being charged, not acceptable. The poor driver explained that the service is horrid and disorganized. Tried calling and of course, no answer. ( We had stopped ordering here but this is the only option for our area. Save your $ and go elsewhere ).

Do not eat here! They cancel orders and keep your money. I ordered 60$ worth of food , they closed their store early and kept my money. They're very hard to get ahold of and when you do they tell you to call back. I'm still trying a month later. When you do get your food its always soggy chicken.
I called KFC corporate and they aren't much help either.

Been TRYING to get my REFUND since August 29th i ordered online and just when it was time to get my order it was cancelled and IT WAS CLOSED but took my money anyways why was the order online open and this place was CLOSED GIVE ME MY REFUND……
