Store was not clean washroom woman's was really bad would never use it I just washed my hands Service was little slow mistake in my order we ate in I think a food inspector should go by this store on Notre Dame Gatineau only one left in Quebec area here 2 closed Don't know why but they are missed have to go to Ottawa if we want KFC please let me know if someone will into this store Linda

I am here now and if I hadn’t already paid for my order , I would have left. The staff are arguing out loud at each other in front of the customers and very unprofessional
I ordered two trios and I have been waiting for over 30 minutes.
To the owner of this establishment, I believe that training the staff to have better etiquette and kindness for each other may bring better reviews and quality to your food and restaurant

How hard can it be to update your website to close? Store as been closed for almost a month now and it's still saying open online.

Ordered online and when I came to pick up the store was closed and they still charged me. Tried calling the store and they don’t pick up. Tried to go in person and store was closed again….
Tried calling corporate and the line disconnects and don’t respond to emails. It has been 2 weeks and nothing…
Ordered from the app, forced to pay in full in advance only to be greated by locked doors when the food was apparently ready.
There was a badly written note on the door explaining that the location was closed for renovations.

Ordering at the Gatineau restaurant online they took payment online but the restaurant was closed and unable to contact anyone to get me a refund. Big flight screams.
