Worst KFC ever! Shut down this restaurant by all means! Worst service, chicken always under or way over cooked- the waiting time is extremely long!..and the portions are terrible!Very dirty and disgusting place also overall..the floors are all greasy!

Ordered the Boneless barrel from Uber Eats. Didn’t receive a single piece of popcorn chicken, instead I received cold fries and chicken tenders, as well as cold chunky gravy. This is absolutely unacceptable and I’ve already filed for a refund with Uber. This is very common at this location. Whoever was in charge on the night of March 10th 2024 should be fired.
Ordered through the app. According to the app the order would be ready by 5:55 PM. I wait till 6:30 PM to get my order. The place was packed but yet the staff walked around nonchalantly while people were waiting. There was a period where no order were seved for 20 minutes. No explanation was provided. And to make matters worse I paid for bottled drinks and was told it's only fountain drinks now. That is their policy. And they screwed up the order. Avoid this place! T
