I ordered a vegetarian (labeled as vegetarian) meal and had it delivered for lunch at work. I could taste that it had fish sauce in it and I confirmed with the restaurant that it did. I understand that fish sauce is used heavily in this cuisine, but it was labeled vegetarian. If you are vegetarian or vegan, be careful.

It used to be great. Had some take out : soup tasteless and nothing in it maybe a few piece of tofu. Cheap portions and everything is bland and borderline disgusting. 😩

My heart is broken. My favorite restaurant for 20 years and unfortunately I will not return.
Tiny portions, the quality of the food is no longer the same, out of 5 meals none was good and none tasted the same as before.
I hope the new owners will make the necessary adjustments because I don't see how this restaurant can stay open under the current conditions.

I am so disappointed! We were used to ordering from this place and I was not aware that the owner changed. Having known... Portions have decreased considerably and prices have increased. It's horribly expensive for the quantity! It's a shame but I won't go back there again.

Before it was the best Vietnamese restaurant we ordered this evening honestly inedible it was really horrible no one in our house managed to eat yuck 🤮 no taste overcooked meat from the sole the water sauce the egg rolls were burnt and wet the fluorescent red soup is disgusting, the burnt and hard rice is literally disappointed 😢

Ordered a beef pho and ban mi. Quality of noodles was not very good and beef was pretty dry - overall weird taste. Bread for ban mi was old, dry and way too thick. Will not be returning

I had seen the reviews which say pretty much everything that since the change of ownership it's no longer like before but I wanted to try it for myself.... my favorite restaurant for several years and never to a great extent I would never go back :(. The food is horrible, nothing to do with the previous owners, the prices have gone up and the food is..... 🥲🤢
