Called in last Tuesday for a pick-up leaving work at 4:30pm. Grated Lasagna with extra garlic cheese bread. Got at the restaurant at 4:45, order was not even started. The young lad working there asked me what I wanted to order, I said "I called it in at 4:30" he says oh what was the order? Really? Place was dead so I didn't get it. Told him my order. I see him making a lasagna in like 2 minutes and he makes 4 very small garlic breads and throws it all in the oven. It is now 5:15, I asked him why my bill showed xtra garlic cheese bred at 5.99 for a 12" when all I had was 4 small hamburg buns. Then he opens the lasagna and it was somewhat crispy with absolutely NO CHEESE, that's all they sell is grated lasagna. NEVER again will I step foot in that place.

Just ordered a philly steak sub with bacon, no vegtables on sub. Tasted boring. The cost that was listed on online menu was not the same as we paid, it was more expensive. As well, ordered zuccini fingers and no dipping sauce came with it, I even asked for garlic sauce. Very disappointed, will never order from them
