Just ordered a philly steak sub with bacon, no vegtables on sub. Tasted boring. The cost that was listed on online menu was not the same as we paid, it was more expensive. As well, ordered zuccini fingers and no dipping sauce came with it, I even asked for garlic sauce. Very disappointed, will never order from them

I have been ordering from Bellevue Pizza for a long time. It has some of the best pizzas and amazing garlic sauce. The kitchen staff is amazing but the same can not be said with the front house of staff.When you order on the website, on the email you receive, it says your pizza is guaranteed delivery within 50 minutes. So naturally, if your pizza should arrive later , then you should be compensated in some way, and if not, then you shouldn't have a guaranteed delivery time on your website. The manager (the name mentioned on phone was: Phil) was very impolite, condescending, and disrespectful when faced with this issue.All in all, it's amazing pizza and the best garlic sauce I've had with pizza, but the customer service is horrendous, and honestly, because of this, I could not recommend to anyone.This happened on the night of Saturday, May 27th 2023.
Go for the food, but don't except good service. Don't expect to receive your pizza on time. Rude, insulating and condescending, very disrespectful and impolite. Normally amazing service but due to this one time I cannot recommend it to anyone (main location).
