Ordered from here after reading the glowing reviews from many saying this was the best pizza they ever had. I'm now convinced that no one in Aylmer has had good pizza. Thin crust, little sauce. Processed/fake bacon and sausage. Reminded me of cheap pizza pizza style, but with pizzaria prices. Will keep trying new places. Decent and edible, but that's about it.

Ordered the margarita pizza, and it tastes nothing like it! It has garlic HEINZ brand sauce from a package under the cheese. Total disappointment! My kids did not like it they said it was “disgusting”. Probably the other pizzas are better but this one should be off the menu.

Was previously a customer who recommended this pizzeria for their good food and service. Tonight completely changed my opinion. After receiving a substituted item in my order without notification, I called to discuss the price difference. Instead of having a simple conversation about this minor issue, the staff member hung up on me. When I called back, he actually admitted to hanging up intentionally and told me he "didn't have time for me" before hanging up again.I totally understand that some night might be busier than others , but every thing can be said and done without being rude. The food quality might be good, but this type of deliberately rude customer service is unacceptable. It's disappointing to see such unprofessional behavior from a place I once trusted and recommended.

Paid $60 for a small Canadian pizza, eight chicken wings, a Greek salad and a Philly sub. The Greek salad was a handful of iceberg lettuce, some cucumbers, red onions, canned black olives and some feta cheese for $10. No peppers, no tomatoes. 80% of it iceberg lettuce total garbage. The eight Wings were supposed to be $8. They charged me $950. They were perfectly mediocre. They weren't crispy but they weren't oversauced. Oh and everything was just room temperature but they were here in 20 minutes. Somehow the pizza was barely cut. It's sloppy. The sauce is super salty, not good. Pizza hut is better. Pizza pizza is better the sub. The bread was overcooked in the pizza oven. There were four small pieces of unidentifiable meat. The rest was all cheese way too much mayonnaise and some mushrooms, peppers and onions. I couldn't eat it. I threw the salad in the garbage. I threw the sub in the garbage. I ate one piece of pizza and I ate the wings. So that's what I got for $60. Don't waste your time. Don't waste your money. I called to complain. The guy hung up the phone on me. He wanted to make something extra for me and I said well no thank you because you couldn't get it right The first time and I'm not going to bet heavily on the second time, especially when it comes from a complaint because they'll probably spit in it! It would be nice if Aylmer could have a place where you could get takeout food that was actually edible. I've been here for 2 years and it's all disappointing. I'm not snobby at all but I do know that when I don't want To cook I'm literally paying for you to do something that I don't want to do and that you can do better! Huge disappointment. I mean how do you mess up a salad? How do you mess up a sub? I mean these are the basics. Any idiot can make a pizza a sub, a salad and wings, not Pizza. Bob!!
