Used to order all the time and now since pizzahut has changed their app you cannot customize online deals !! Used to add extra cheeze wich i would gladly pay for !!! or could remove an ingredient that i did not want .(i cant digest oignons on a pizza) Sorry but you just lost a loyal customer . I know its not the operators fault . Wake up pizzahut !

Hung up on me multiple times and when I finally got through I tried to cancel my order and they refused to give me a confirmation and then they said nothing they can do about a refund as I paid online so I lost out on over $50 and never received the confirmation of cancellation.

Pizza burnt and they sent it anyway this is the second time in a row also there phone does not work properly
We went to order a takeaway box from the store, here they only serve in French and the menu is only in French... but hey, it was still easy. The case that I had on my to-do list was to come for a triple box that does not exist in Spain... The place is super shabby, the floor is full of garbage... everything is very messy and the table to eat/wait is very dirty... but still the pizza is very good... it is a spectacle to see a very old man stretching the pizzas... I have never seen someone do it so, so badly... but hey, what matters is the result... the box was just as I imagined, the pizzas were very, very good and the chicken wings were fantastic! It is well located, very central in Hull Gatineau… the price of the box was 40 Canadian dollars but with the happy taxes it exceeds 47…
