I’ve had consistently bad experiences at this location, all involving the same female employee. Her attitude is rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic customer service.
Most recently, she refused to give me ketchup with my order, claiming they didn’t have any—even though it was clearly included when I placed the order. What kind of restaurant runs out of ketchup and then refuses to acknowledge it?
This isn’t the first issue we’ve had. On a previous visit, we were charged double because of her mistake. It took several days and multiple phone calls with management to get it sorted out.
To make things worse, she was also disrespectful to the customer before us—arguing and talking back instead of offering help.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable. It reflects poorly on the business and turns customers away. Management really needs to take this seriously and address it.

Terrible customer service experience on this Monday June 30,2025, at 12:15pm.
When I arrived, the server was busy talking on the phone (apparently with his brother) and completely ignored me. I had to ask to be helped, at which point he reluctantly hung up the phone and took my order. I paid and waited... and waited. After 20 minutes, I asked if my pizza was ready—only to find out he had never placed the order.
Unacceptable. This was by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced at any restaurant. I won't be returning.

Bro, I know that’s not gonna hurt you business but seriously? I ordered because I was tired and I didn’t want to cook nothing. Y’all just took my order telling shit gonna show up and just later on i seen store is close. Like 1:30 hr from my order.
Shit I know that’s not gonna change shit and I didn’t pay anything but I wanted to eat something before bed.
Not even a bad service y’all didn’t show up at all like 1:30hr before closing it is enough time to find me some wings?

I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. The cleanliness really leaves something to be desired, which is already a very worrying point. In addition, we have unfortunately been confronted with two cases of food poisoning, which clearly demonstrates a lack of hygiene and quality control of the products. This experience was very disappointing and I wouldn't wish anyone to experience such a situation!!!
I couldn't respond to your comment so I'll leave it here: I'm in bed with my son, I'm not working and he doesn't have the strength to go to school. What should you do with your apology in this case?

I just received my pizza without the dip or drink I paid for
It's never been so hard to order I started by taking a half moon bread with cheese and a regular medium pizza with bacon mushrooms and hot pepper in addition having forgotten my hot pepper it we also forgot to put my cheese bread I had to recommend for my bread and he never wanted to make my pizza again with the right toppings the service is really moving we talk as if I were worthless
