When you show up right in the middle of dinner time and all that's cooked is a slice of pizza....you feel like you have to order a small pizza and wait....Not normal!

Let me start by saying that the pizza here is consistently good and the price is right. Besides that, the service isn’t great.
For one, I often select “contactless delivery” when ordering and pay online, so that it can be delivered before I get home, and ask them to leave it at the door. 50% of the time, the driver will go around the house knocking on all the doors, then call me, then have customer service call me. They tell me that they can’t deliver unless I physically come to the door, which defeats the purpose of the contactless delivery. The other 50%, they do as instructed.
They also have the tendency to get orders wrong at a high rate. Once you raise the issue, they’ll fix it, but it shouldn’t get to that point.
