This evening around midnight I showed up at your business to order a pizza. There was a young woman passing the mop, after 3 minutes of waiting at the cash register I asked the young woman if someone was behind the counter to serve me.
She replies with a frustrated look, "I'm the one who's going to serve you, but wait, I'll take the mop!."
Customer service sucks!!!
She could have simply told me when I came back from waiting for a moment and I would have understood.
Being ignored when I entered, his mop and his cleaning which comes before his customers and a frustrated attitude no thanks.
I didn't have pizza and left.
You have just lost a customer who has been coming to your pizzaria for over 15 years now.

I was very disappointed by my visit to this pizzeria. Not only did the hygiene really leave something to be desired, but the pizza was simply disgusting. The dough was soft, the taste of the ingredients was questionable, and the cleanliness of the place frankly disgusted me. I hope that the restaurant will quickly take steps to improve these aspects, because for the moment, I will not return and I strongly advise against this pizzeria
