Making you own peperoni and bacon with the 'create your own two topping pizza' is MUCH cheaper than their peperoni and and bacon pizza option. The LOWEST option to tip if you pay in person was 50%! probably hoping people don't notice and just tap the usual box. And that's all on top of regular minor complaints I've had like them never cutting the pizzas fully and forgetting dips. Food is decent enough to bring it up to 2 stars but not enough for me to overlook everything. Very disappointed

I ordered 3 pizzas and buffalo chicken. The pizza dough was separate between it, as it was frozen pizza from the market, that we don't like. The cheese was missing from most of the areas, and they forgot one of the dips. The chicken buffalo smells as it has extra vinegar sauce and very spicy we couldn't eat it. We threw more than half of it in the garbage. Very disappointed.

I forgot to order a beverage online so I called within a minute (right away), couldn’t add through app, waited for 5 minutes simply to add a drink to my order. They said it was too late the order was ready. It is just not possible to have an order ready in 5 minutes. I don’t get it! I canceled and will never order again. Customer service basics.
