When we put someone at the customer service counter, they must know how to speak French. I tried several times to tell her that the price on the screen indicated a different price than what she was charging me and she only repeated $28. I then tried to tell him that if the special indicated on the screen was no longer valid it should be changed, but it was like speaking into a vacuum to someone who doesn't understand French.

I am not usually someone who leaves bad reviews, but this time I have to. The pizza wasn’t cooked, the center was raw and the cheese was barely melted. I was told this is the way they make it. No possibilities of getting refunded or sent another pizza. Very disappointing. Was our first time ordering from there and definitely the last.

When I arrived at the restaurant the pizza size was a large 16 inches. It was written in the back of the box. I mentioned to the lady that size was a large not a XL. Since there is a new owner, the changed the size of the pizzas. Furthermore, they are offering 10% off when you pick-up the pizza at the counter, however it was 0,50$ cheaper than ordering on their website. The taste was good. However, I was very disappointed with the reduction of pizza sized. Thank you.
