I absolutely love the food from this place and if you are picking the food up, this is a great choice for dinner but if you're ordering for delivery, be prepared to wait about an hour for delivery and pay an extra $15 - $20 for your order, the service fees are some of the highest I've seen and prices are inflated.
Edit. October 1 2025. Unfortunately I have to adjust my previous review. I’m. It sure what happened but tonight the food was not up to expectations....

After expressing concern for the negative experience I had, Poulet Rouge got in touch with me directly and made things right by giving me a free gift card. They made up for it like they said they would. I would like to thank everyone at Poulet Rouge for their amazing and professional thoughtful service. I will definitely be going to this location soon to try it again. Thank you very much, Poulet Rouge!

Nous avons placé une commande en ligne pour apporter à la succursale du boulevard Brien à Repentigny. Malgré une commande placée 30 minutes avant la fermeture, le système l'a planifié pour le lendemain matin. Nous avons appelé et le gérant de plancher nous a fait notre commande sur place 3 minutes avant la fermeture. Service exceptionnel, la nourriture était chaude et abondante.
