My family and myself love this restaurant. The waiters are always very kind with my children and ready to help. The salad bar is great as well as the other options. For Christmas the "Festin de Noël" is the best. :-)
Parking: Easy and close.

I came here with someone else who took the extra salad bar, i didnt take the extra i just had my meal.
One of the fruits that the person was eating tasted terrible but they werent sure if it was just them, so i just bit the corner off to see if it was okay / if we should let the servers know about possible rotten food.. i got charged an extra for the salad bar because of this. Thats a little rediculous. The bite size i took was the size of a 1cent ..

We had a group of family and friends, we had various meals and I can't speak for others however I had a chicken club sandwich. For a place that is known for its chicken, the club sandwich was awful. I asked to have dark meat, and the pieces used were dry and hard, plus it tasted more like turkey. The fries were soft and mushy surely undercooked. The waitress did not impress frombthe get go. When questioned on the salad bar she was hash in her response. I brushed this off as I tought she might of had a hard customer. Comes time to pay for supper, the waitress hands the debit machine and by accident I typed in $2.00 instead of $20.00 as a tip, as the receipt is coming out she voices her opinion "seriously that is all you are giving me", surprised I look at the receipt and notice the error as I try to explain. She decided to start mumbling her disatisfaction, and throws $2 on the table, this is when I decided that she had just thrown her tip out completely.
I asked for the manager, explained what happened and indicated that the waitrese's action was inappropriate and absolutely disrespectful, that she would need to be trained in customer service.
This may be just a one off but if your thinking of eating here, keep your eyes peeled for Joanne and make sure you leave enough to make her happy.
The manager did not offer anything for this employees irrespective behavior.

I was really not impressed! There was no indication whatsoever that the lunch menu was not available (Rememberance day), not even from the waitress when I showed her on the lunch menu what I wanted. She finally told us at the end when it was time to pay, and only because I asked her why we weren't charged the lunch prices!! Way to rip off your clients! Rememberance day is not an official holiday for everyone and a little sign on the door or a mention from the staff is the least you could do!!!! Very disappointed in the management!

Scores is a welcomed restaurant when traveling as they offer a very good vegetable and salad buffet to accompany their meals. We had their Christmas special chicken supper which included a small tourtiere (excellent and welcomed), cranberry sauce, and a full-sized hazelnut chocolate bar. The soup and salad bar was also included and would have been fine alone for most persons. This chain is highly recommended as it is extremely difficult to get enough veg when traveling.
Vegetarian options: The soup & salad bar fits most as a vegetarian meal

I have been eating at this restaurant since it opened. The food is generally good.
However, I am giving a one star for atmosphere because this year's Halloween decorations are horrible!! Really off putting and out of place! I am not talking about a few decorations here and there but everywhere. Down to the bathroom doors covered in ghoul images and full body skeletons. My 5 year old was terrified and we had to leave the restaurant immediately. Made me and family terribly uncomfortable too.
We were going to enjoy a family meal in a family restaurant. Not eat in a horror mansion!
