I really didn’t like the central calling with people not even talking your language having trouble to understand you I like it the old way when you would just call and be the store directly. I find it sad that they commercializing everything like this will stop ordering from here from now on because of this

Terrible service got served after 2 hours with a group

Staff friendly and food was fresh. AC was a bit low and it was 40 degrees outside.

There is a piece of plastic in the order. I look at the other comments and there is another one to whom this happened a month ago! I could have suffocated to death alone at home because an incompetent person made my wrap

To the people who read this: encourage real local restaurants: bar de l'encan, thai, shawarma, excessively, chef moreno, BJ, there is absolutely no reason to continue to eat at St Hubert, NONE!

Nos assiettes sont arrivés froide, l’assiette de mon conjoint est arrivé 20 minutes après les nôtres et aurait dit qu’une personne avait mangé une partie de son assiette avant de lui amener. La quantité de St Hubert qu’il a à Gatineau, c’est certain que celui de Buckingham plus jamais! De plus le côté bar n’était pas rempli de monde .

Every time I go to pick up my order, they always get the order wrong, even if you repeat the order 20 times or you get completely wet fries, I don't recommend it to everyone.

Service does not exist for counter orders. The cooks are incapable of reading orders and assembling like anyone else. Having already worked in a St-Hubert in the past, I don't understand how they can be wrong in their orders. Unfortunately, after the third incomplete order in a row, St-Hubert de Buckingham lost another customer. I figure giving them 3 chances, including an internet order was too much to ask.

Updated Oct 2024, more people in the kitchen and still not able to do anything. An internet order takes longer than if I order by car. What's the deal?! Stopped hiring young people who just want to fool around and chat, then hired staff who work. 45 minutes for my. Order that the app tells me it's ready in 15 minutes.

I ordered a chicken burger for my kid today and there was a plastic piece from the cheese wrapper inside the burger... this could've been dangerous and just unsanitary. Not impressed with their service either, was on hold for a long time and put on hold again in the middle of giving my order and some other woman took the call and I told her I was already giving my order she put my on hold again...

1 hour to get our meal. Cold.
Serves the club sandwich with sour cream? We had to ask for our coleslaw because otherwise we wouldn't have had any.

First time going to the drive-thru! Once I arrived home, a little disappointed since I didn't receive what I ordered! (Poutine side dish) so I received a small quantity of overcooked fries! $5 for extra water!
