So many things wrong : - I make an online order 10 minutes after their earliest availability to make sure I don't wait in store. Once I got ther, they told me to wait and it took them an extra 15 minutes... - I get home to notice on the box that was at the bottom of my pile has a note saying sorry we don't have onion rings left, they decided to put fries instead and give be cheese sticks that my wife would've never ordered because she doesn't like that. The worst is that they didn't even mention it to me at the counter. - my other order had a salad, but they forgot to give the dressing... Poor experience as a first time goer to this specific location. Always had pristine service with all the other locations in Gatineau.

First time in this beautiful new dining room. On a Tuesday at 6 p.m., there were 3 customers at the tables. Nice welcome at the counter to order a Roaster's Choice. Kind and polite waitress. Received a cabaret with my meal, very hot, good portion of chicken and fries. I didn't like the very/too thick Benny sauce as I've never had it in another Benny's! This restaurant is very clean.
