Ordered 2 Ramen Tonkotsu and its was really good. The noodles were very nice!
Also the Gyozas Porc\Kimchi was a must try, my wife couldn’t believe how good they were and we got 8 of them which is nice compared to other places that only give you 3-4.

Came highly reviewed and did not disappoint. The portions are a good size and so incredible. Had the dumplings to start, followed by Tonkatsu and Ras' Poutine. Delicious! I would highly recommend and will definitely be back - with more friends and family!

I was going to make a critically constructive review for this place, but after seeing the owners sassy and dismissive responses to the people making negative reviews, I’d rather not waste my time. This place is absolute garbage and a disgrace to ramen. You are better off making the extra trip to Ottawa and going to a proper ramen restaurant. I would rather lick the bottom of a garbage bin before wasting my money on this flavourless and gentrified ramen. Take accountability for your trash ramen before guilt tripping people into believing it is good. Small business doesn’t necessarily mean good business.

Place isn't authentic and you're better off going to some of the places that actually seem to be familiar with Japanese cuisine in Ottawa. Owner had a bad attitude towards negative reviews which is probably why he has no idea what he's doing lol.
I was recommended Ras L'Bol from a friend and was not disappointed in the quality and freshness of my meal. The owner/chef was a delightful man who took the time to translate the French only menu for me, and the spicy udon was so perfectly balanced with just enough heat that it was enjoyable without regretting my decision. The Gyoza were wonderfully crisp and also juicy. The only thing that stuck me was the price but really, the quality, freshness and the quaint set up of the shop that lends to the authenticity of the menu, it was acceptable.
So far the best Ramen I have had in the Ottawa/Gatineau area.
Merci Chef!!!

Ordered the chicken and beef dumplings to begin. The dumplings were exceptional, however the broth was quite salty, not allowing the flavors to be appreciated. A good start so far. Next was the Chicken ramen with a Miso broth. Having been to most of the ramen restaurants in Ottawa, this bowl was just wrong. The miso broth was quite flavorless, and the toppings of the ramen were unconventional, and not in a good way unfortunately. I think that with some improvements (to the menu and quality), this can be a great restaurant though.

The hours are inconvenient. It's only open for supper, yet serve a more lunchtime appropriate meal. The food is not good enough for the price. You're paying full price restaurant price for a bowl of noodles that is subpar when compared to cheaper authentic places

The ramen broth was rich and flavorful—not the typical taste of pre-made soup bases. The toppings were also fresh.
It’s a tiny, cozy restaurant with a charming atmosphere. I really enjoyed the meal.

Lived in Japan 12 years I can tell you it brought back memories, the food service, and the taste and the stools and the counter and how small the establishment was. Well done.!!

Did take out, had tonkotsu. Broth was a little bland but they give lots of toppings. Broth was way too little for the soup though. They give a 250ml ish container of broth when it should be 500 standard.

Amazing food. Very friendly staff. A must.
There are much better ramen places in my opinion. I had delivery and the broth was pretty much just warm water, very little flavour
