La serveuse était très sympathique et elle prenait son temps pour nous parler. Petits bémols : nous avons attendu environ 30 minutes pour recevoir nos assiettes, ce qui est plutôt long le matin et nous avons trouvé que les patates manquaient un peu de cuisson (mais tout de même goûteuses). Nous y retournerons, c'est certain.

We were very excited about the fact that everything is homemade. Unfortunately, it did not live up to our expectations. The waitress was very friendly and took good care of us, however it was a very long service. We tried the biggest plate on the menu to taste everything. The whites of my friend's eggs were not cooked. Since many people consider breakfast potatoes to be the soul of the plate, you have to make sure they are extraordinary. This was not the case here I'm afraid, their texture was sandy, like undercooked. They would have benefited from a little spin in the oven or in the pan to be a little more colorful. The spices were good, but the texture of the potatoes was really not pleasant. The crusty French toast tasted a bit like the breadcrumbs had lost their freshness, it too would have benefited from a little tan in the pan.The view is magnificent, the decor is very sophisticated and it is very clean.
