We always ate out at Laspezia and it was always good. However, today we ordered a philly steak to go, we specifically asked for fries and they didn't give us any. When we called they said to come back and they would give us some.Once there we were asked to pay again for the fries despite being their mistake.I love the food there but I will think twice before ordering from them since I am not too happy to overpay on their mistake.

J’ai fait affaire avec ce restau pendant cinq ans, et le service de livraison s’est détérioré. Les réponses au téléphone étaient sèches. Jusqu’au jour où j’ai passé une commande que je n’ai jamais reçue. Ç’a été le comble du manque de respect pour moi. Je donnais toujours de très bons pourboires.
