food was good but unfortunately the wait for our order was extremely long, don't know if it's a tactic to sell more alcohol when you wait. We were there for 3 hours for a table of 4. We even had to ask another server for our bill because we had been done for 20 minutes and no one came to see us.
We ordered Western burger; it was simply awesome; the patties were juicy and flavourful; it comes with fries; and fries were simply delicious; you must enjoy it with their home made mayonnaise.
From tartare means we ordered Goat Cheese with maple salmon; it comes with fries and salad; both salad and fries were delicious but the tartare was average.
So after so many good words why I am giving so low review; because of the service time and negligence.
The foods were served without the cutleries; why I am making so fuss about it!!! We ordered food and drinks together; the foods were served without drinks; we finished our meals and the drink never arrived; then I reminded the staff regarding the drinks and asked to cancel it. The server was really nice and friendly but I think it was the system issue; they need to develop that. Plus the food serving time needs to be developed; the table next to us ordered their foods and drinks after us and they were served before.
Sorry but I really felt the negligence from the serving team. I don’t want to criticize too harshly but I am merely sharing my experience so that the management can develop to service level. Again the foods were very good; please work of service time and order sequence as well.

I previously left a 1-star review based off of a bad experience my husband and I had but tonight we went back and we had a great time! They staff was so kind and generous and the food was great! I was able to finally get the nachos I’ve been wanting and I wasn’t disappointed! Thank you so much for the great experience! We will definitely be back!

The food was great, I had Steak frites replaced the fries for veggies no problem. My date had General tao, it looked delicious. The reason I am giving 4 stars on service is the waiter drop something on the floor right next to our table, I saw him look at it and he never sent anyone to clean it. We are to disabled people that had to navigate a spot that looked like oil, turned out to be honey. I eventually put a napkin on it, it stayed there the whole meal.

Very poor service. No one came to see us to order 1 hour after our arrival. We had to ask a passing waiter. Never came to ask us if everything was okay or offer us water. For the bill we once again had to hook the passing waiter. The food was good.
