Best Shawarma in the east is Gatineau (Templeton) and maybe even in Gatineau, because I adopted them for proximity and it's been a long time since I've been to my favorite at the Galerie de Hull and they could have changed.Great welcoming and friendly service.The food is good, the ingredients are fresh, the potatoes are not "mushi" but nicely browned, the portions are good and the preparation is excellent. The shawarmas are pressed on the plate, lightly toasted just to the point. Garlic sauce looks homemade and very good.we learned today that they even offer delivery.I recommend for all good shawarma lovers.
